Attached World Report Puts Us Last. Are we ok with that?

I have seen a few cities adopt paid parental leave policies recently and wondered about the issue. Seems like a great idea but also expensive and operationally problematic. I also have 3 very young children so the issue is still a fresh one in our household.

I found some world data that is recent and very interesting.
