“Here’s the one thing I learned, we’re in a hundred thousand cities. There’s Barcelona. Or like New York. It turns out they’re not one person, right, so take New York. You have the City Council, you have the Mayor, you have different parties, you have real estate developers, you have hotels. So you end up having an enormous number of stakeholders and here’s the other thing, all the stakeholders change every few years because people come and go out of office. So these cities are like living breathing organisms and you have to have many relationships with these cities and then every few years they might start over so imagine doing this in over 100 thousand cities. So it’s a lot of work.”
