Mayor Eric Adams has a plan to transform New York City. He calls it a “City of Yes”.

The plan is controversial and is jammed packed with ideas big and small. The plan is designed to modernize New York City's zoning regulations - supporting business growth, affordable housing, and sustainability.

The zoning component was just approved by the New York City Council. I have attached 200 pages of information about the plan. There is probably something in there for everyone and a lot of no thanks items.

Don’t blame me for the amount of pages! I didn’t write it.
