George Gretsas is a public administrator and former elected official with over 30 years of experience working with governments in three states including as City Manager of Fort Lauderdale Fl, a coastal city with over 13 million visitors per year, Homestead Fl, a gateway to the Florida Keys and 2 national parks in Miami-Dade County, FL and White Plains, N.Y., a suburb of New York City.  

 

George is currently a Vice-President at Avenu Insights and Analytics, a government technology company that works with thousands of governments world-wide.  He has a law degree from New York Law School in Manhattan and a B.A. from Fordham University in the Bronx.  He grew up in small town America, the Borough of Park Ridge, N.J., a community of 2.6 square miles and 8,600 residents, and was elected to 3 terms on the School Board there.
